Frank Alaska Quinn has spent the last 20 years living in Alaska and volunteering around the world as a computer teacher for children. Most winters have been spent with Tibetan refugee children at multiple schools in northern India. Other locations have included: Ethiopia, Kenya, Nepal, Haiti, etc.. The goal has been to create low cost solutions for education and empowerment of children and women that can be used all over the world including back home in the USA.

Here is an example of one of my students describing her day at TCV (Tibetan Children's Village) Selakui. The student made the presentation in powerpoint and saved it as a video to share with the world.
